You will see that we list our live stock levels on every product page. This will help you see which of our stores currently stock the item - or how quickly we can get the item to that store.
Here is some helpful information on what each status means:
- In Stock = the product is currently in stock at this store. Please note, if you're travelling a long way or you require the product urgently - we'd always advise you call ahead to double check the stock is on the shelf.
- Contact Store = we are currently unable to validate whether this item is in stock at this location. To avoid disappointment, please call the store for confirmation (before you set off).
- Online Only = this product is only available online at this location i.e. we do not stock it in this store yet. Please do not arrive at the store expecting to see the stock on display / make a purchase.
- Next Business Day = the product is not in stock at this location, but can be sent from our Distribution Centre to the store within 1 business day.
- 1-2 Business Days = the product is not in stock at this location, but can be transferred within our network to your local store within 2 business days.
- 2-4 Business Days = the product is not in stock at this location, but can be transferred within our network to your local store within 2-4 business days.
- Special Order = the product is out of stock across all our stores and distribution centres, but we can order it in for you as soon as you place your order. Our team will let you know how long this will take and keep you updated throughout. There is also a chance the item is already on order and arriving shortly, so it could be worth checking with our team.
Moving stock between stores in the same state usually takes 1-2 business days. We use our own Roof Racks Galore vans for these transfers in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
It will take longer to transfer an item between states e.g. QLD to SA, as we have to send the item via courier or post. Depending on the size of the item, this could take between 1-4 days. Note that smaller items are generally quicker as they can be sent via AusPost e.g. fitting kits.
