How do you install/attach a Cargo Bag to a Roof Rack?

Most Cargo bags have tie-down straps built into them, so it is as simple as placing the Cargo Bag onto your platform or basket and feeding the straps around your rack and clicking the straps together and then tightening the straps.

The Cargo Bags that come with a solid base built into them will attach to your Roof Racks using a U-bolt mounting system.
